Holiday in Toronto!!!
After a 4-day stay in Ireland, I had arrived Toronto, with a 8.5 hr flight from Frankfurt...
Dublin in Ireland is a developing place I think. Everywhere is so clean and fresh, without the pollutants from industrialization and public transportation. The milk does impress me a lot!! It's so think and rich! I had half a liter a day when I was there! After meeting a customer at his office, he invited us for dinner with his family, and even a drink before the dinner at his home. He had a fun room just at the front door, a corner with bar and stools, that's a place for wine and Irish dancing. Badly that my stomach was not really good that day, or I would love to try the Irish Coffee. We just know that Ireland coffee is not just a coffee. When we had breakfast at the hotel in the morning 9am, we ordered Irish coffee, the server replied they serve Irish coffee only after 10.30am. We wondered that why the coffee was not coming with the breakfast, and he was so kind to tell us that Irish coffee was a mix of coffee, cream and whisky! No wonder they don't sever in with breakfast! That night we had dinner up in the mountain with the customer. For sure, they drove us up to hill. It took more than half an hour to reach there by speed of 90 km/hr!!! I suppose no fresh-tourist will be getting there so easily. The view was so so so great that the grassland was unlimited and the sun set was just as the same as photos. Farmland, house, horses and tree in the mid of grassland composed the whole picture. Badly that the camera was not with me. The restaurant up in the hill is not doing stuff with farms like beef, lamp or vegetable but SEAFOOD!!!! I was shouting at the car ''are the seafood come from the rain onto this hill?" The mussels in cream was fantastic, it's really finger licking good. The customer, a 60 old man, was licking his finger once and twice, and even put a spoon into the cream and drank it as soup! He is so lovely that after office hour, he is a nice and kid-like old man and loving telling jokes, laughing and eating! I had never imagined a dinner with customer can be like such relaxing and happy. The restaurant, actually is a 209 years old pub and a farmer's home previously, served great seafood and even Bill Clinton had dinner there, and wrote them a thanks note for their food! We arrived Toronto at late night, and had a walk in down town the next day. Abercrombie and Fitch really looks cool! And H&M is not bad too! They are not expensive, but looks really good. Wish to have some shopping in HK as there is no any space for the new clothes. After meeting the customer, the mission in Canada is over and we have a 5 day work free holiday here in Toronto! WOWOWOWO! Had shopped a new softball glove, a pair of batting glove, softball and baseball here at Walmart, and they are so cheap!! Glove at least 20% cheaper than HK, and balls....HK$15 for a baseball and HK$20 for a softball! I am looking for a softball court here in Toronto and have some game with the Canadian high school girls! Wahaha!! We did plan to see the Niagara Fall, the great waterfall. But... maybe raining these few days, and it needs 2 hrs of driving. Maybe some more shopping is more practical!! Hahaha!!
